DOMILL is one of the few comprehensive manufacturers in China that has the furnace plant, but also has its Self-developed automatic crashing workshop, Mass grains production for Coated Abrasives workshop and Automatic tunnel heat treatment workshop, which enable us to create greater value for our customers at all stages of manufacturing while meeting their unique needs.
DOMILL has completed the transformation of the gas furnace and the water circulation treatment project, and has installed real-time monitoring equipment in the plant, which has been included in the white list of local government environmental protection department. In the meanwhile, DOMILL has already passed ISO14001:2015 environmental management system and ISO45001 Occupational health and safety management system. Even as the world becomes more demanding for environmental protection, DOMILL can ensure continuous abrasive grains supplying while meeting environmental standards.
DOMILL Abrasive is the "High Quality Products of Henan Province". The quality control starts from the selection of bauxite. Through the homogenization treatment of raw materials and the classification, only the high quality crude will be selected for crushing. The full manufacturing and packaging process is carried out by professional inspectors. We have 16 full-time inspectors in our Provincial laboratory to ensure the steady supply of abrasive to our clients, year after year.
DOMILL owns the "Henan High Performance Grinding Material Process Engineering Technology Research Center", and maintains long-term strategic cooperation with many universities, and some R&D personnel are stationed in these universities. In addition to the R&D of new categories of abrasives, there are some tests of new applications of abrasives, and even in the improvement of abrasive production efficiency, it has the ability to develop independent equipment. DOMILL can use these resources to help customers analyze the abrasives for their samples, develop new products together with customers or set corporate particle size standards for them.
DOMILL has the capacity to deliver 30,000 tons of abrasive crude and 50,000 tons of abrasive grains and powders in the past. Now, the high-standard new materials industrial park is under construction, with the supporting substations, leading technology, automation equipment and clean production, the first phase is expected to be put into use by the end of 2023. In the future, 200,000 tons of high-quality minerals will be put into the market to ensure stable delivery of larger volumes.
