Coated Pink Fused Alumina is a high quality abrasive known for its exceptional toughness and durability. This unique abrasive is made from high purity aluminum oxide fused with chromium oxide and is specially designed to enhance the precision grinding and polishing performance of abrasive tools through a coating process.
The Coated Pink Fused Alumina is a kind of improved abrasive which uses chrome-corundum as raw material and uses a certain amount of organic or inorganic special auxiliary materials to wrap the surface of high-quality pink corundum particles. After a specific temperature and time in the tunnel kiln, it is subjected to heat treatment. The Coated Pink Fused Alumina particles have rough surface and stronger bond with binder, which is more suitable for middle and high-end abrasive manufacturing requirements.
Sandblasting: Suitable for hardware, glass, zinc alloys, aluminum alloys, stainless steel, high-carbon steel, and high-speed steel. Especially effective for thin-walled workpieces, ensuring no discoloration and high surface finish.
Surface Polishing: Improves smoothness for silicon wafers, optical lenses, precision instruments, glass shells, ceramics, leather, plastics, and metal parts.
Abrasive Tools: Produces sharp, low-heat, high-durability grinding tools with deep blue sintered colors, free of cracks and rust.
Precision Grinding: Ideal for gauges, spindles, instrument parts, threaded workpieces, and pattern grinding.
Bonded Abrasives: Used for ceramic and resin abrasives, as well as polishing tools.
PAR15 particles are coated by iron oxide red, with angular shape and medium bulk density. The resin abrasive tools made by it have good durability and high grinding finish. It is suitable for precision grinding of measuring tools, machine tool spindle, instrument parts, thread workpiece and template grinding.
