The common coated WFA is colorless, red, which has uniform particle surface burrs, uniform crystals, high purity, high hardness, strong hydrophilic ability, the abrasives made of it are suitable for high carbon steel, high speed steel, quenched steel and other grinding.
WAK15 is colorless, like original white fused alumina. It has the characteristics of low toughness, high purity, excellent self-sharpening, strong grinding force, low caloric value, high efficiency, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability and so on.It is mainly used in the manufacture of high-grade resin and rubber abrasive tools. The color abrasive tools made by it are suitable for the grinding of high carbon steel, high speed steel and quenched steel. It has the advantages of fast cutting and high grinding ratio.
WAR15 is red. Its characteristics are the same as WAK15. It is mainly used for the manufacture of high-grade resin and rubber abrasive tools. It has the advantages of fast cutting and high grinding ratio, and the durability is improved compared with WAK15.
WAZ15 is white. Its characteristics are the same as WAK15. It is mainly used for the manufacture of high-grade resin and rubber abrasive tools. The color grinding tools are suitable for the grinding of high carbon steel, high speed steel and hardened steel. It has the advantages of fast cutting and high grinding ratio, and the durability is improved compared with WAR15.
