Monocrystalline alumina are nano-layered structures, with strong toughness, strong hydrophilicity, high hardness characteristics. The grains are well grown and superimposed, bring sharp cutting edges when grinding and cutting.
MA12 is sharp, low bulk density, better than WA12 and PA12. MA12 is suitable for making high grade resin bonded grinding wheels, with fast cutting and high grinding ratio and longer life, machining of stainless steel.
