At DOMILL, we offer Regular pink fused alumina (PA) , produced by crushing chrome alumina blocks into F-grade abrasive grains. These abrasive grains are widely used in grinding wheels production and can be applied to casting, workpiece grinding, polishing, and other related applications.
Regular Pink Fused Alumina is a high-purity abrasive material made by fusing bauxite and other raw materials at high temperatures in an electric arc furnace. The result is a hard, dense material with excellent grinding and cutting properties. The pink color comes from the presence of a small amount of chromium oxide (Cr₂O₃), which also enhances its hardness and cutting performance.
Grinding Wheels Production – Regular Chrome Alumina is a primary abrasive in the production of grinding wheels and cutting discs for metalworking and other tough materials.
Precision Grinding: Used for grinding high-strength alloys, hardened steel, and tool steel in industries such as aerospace and automotive.
PA15 is angular, moderate bulk density. The grinding tools made of it are not mesh cracks, no rust spots, sharp grinding, very low heating rate, high grinding ratio.
PA18 is a blocky with regular, orderly particles and high bulk density. Compared with PA15, the durability of its grinding tools is improved.
The grinding tools produced by Pink Fused Alumina are suitable for machining hardened steel, alloy steel, precision measuring tools, machine tool spindles, instrument parts, threaded workpieces, template grinding workpieces with high requirements for finish, etc.
