The series of pink fused alumina (PA) made by using alumina powder as the main raw material, fitting chromium oxide and smelting in high temperature electric arc furnace. The color of PA is light purple or rose, its hardness is similar to that of WA, and its toughness is higher than that of WA.
Regular Pink Fused Alumina is a high-performance abrasive material that combines the durability of White Fused Alumina with the added toughness of chromium oxide.
Its unique pink hue results from the inclusion of chromium oxide during the fusion process, enhancing its toughness and durability while maintaining excellent sharpness and cutting ability.
It is particularly suitable for precision grinding and polishing applications requiring high material removal rates with consistent finishes.

PA15 is angular, moderate bulk density. The grinding tools made of it are not mesh cracks, no rust spots, sharp grinding, very low heating rate, high grinding ratio.
PA18 is a blocky with regular, orderly particles and high bulk density. Compared with PA15, the durability of its grinding tools is improved.
The grinding tools produced by Pink Fused Alumina are suitable for machining hardened steel, alloy steel, precision measuring tools, machine tool spindles, instrument parts, threaded workpieces, template grinding workpieces with high requirements for finish, etc.
