PA55 is angular with moderate bulk density, the vitrified abrasive made of it has no mesh cracks, no rust spots, sharp grinding, low heating rate, high grinding ratio and less adhesion. It is suitable for processing quenched steel, alloy steel, precision measuring tools, machine tool spindle, instrument parts, thread workpiece and template grinding workpiece with high finish requirement.
