Special 25% zirconia alumina is an electro-fused alumina - zirconia grain, produced by fusing alumina and zirconia raw materials at about 2000C temperature in an electric arc furnace. Following a unique process of quenching, crushing, and resizing, we produce the distinct characteristics and the exact grain measurements. It is extremely wear resistant and anti-friable grain that is widely for bonded abrasives.

ZA18 is a dense, low silicon content, durable material with blocky shape, frequently used to produce heavy-duty bonded abrasives.
ZA19 is extremely tough and hard, which is re-shaped based on the ZA18. It is frequently used for producing extra-duty bonded abrasives for steel conditioning industry.
